Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)

This is what ligitimate Yarrow looks like. And everything described in my latest chapter is really true. Native Americans used Yarrow to help with bleeding and infection. It also helps with colds, cramps, and eye infections.

Yarrow is known for it's bitter aftertaste all though the first impression is slightly sweet.

So imagine this stuff mashed up and steeped in water and you have an idea of what Marcos drinks every night.

If you want to know more about Yarrow you can play a game at http://www.funtrivia.com/newflash/trivia.cfm?qid=230752
